Kate Epstein is the head editor of EpsteinWords. Her work history includes serving as a literary agent from 2005 to 2010 through Epstein Literary Agency and serving as an acquiring editor for Adams Media in Avon, Massachusetts, from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that she wrote proposals for the engineering firm Camp Dresser & McKee (now CDM Smith) and the architecture firm DiGiorgio Associates, Inc. 

Kate lives with her husband and children in Silver Spring, Maryland.
